Encounter Contemporary provides access to exceptional works of art by leading emerging and established artists
Since 2013 we have successfully pioneered a new model that better serves both artists and collectors.
We run an international ‘moving’ exhibition program curating academically rigorous, ambitious and immersive projects. We work with a core group of leading emerging and established contemporary artists helping to develop their practices through creative projects, critical exposure and sales. We also regularly collaborate with other galleries, institutions and artists brokering cultural partnerships and programming events.
Building long term relationships with both emerging and established collectors we act as a guide and educator across many collecting categories. We confidently source only the best artworks from our trusted international network of artists, art professionals and private collections. Encounter also advises selected institutional and corporate clients on the planning and implementation of contemporary art programs and commissions.
